Partial Planning Package

A customized package for the client who still wants to be hands on with planning. Precise Events will assist with any event planning and design details client would like help with from budget, theme, color, style, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, programs, event timeline and more.

A-La-Carte Planning

Designed to assist the client with any planning or design details before the event. Develop and design event timeline and follow up with vendors contracted for the event.

Day of Event Coordination

Designed for the client who enjoys planning the details for the event; however, would like assistance managing logistics for the day of the event. Precise Events will work with all the vendors contracted for the event, execute event timeline and provide all event team vendors with a copy of the timeline. Precise Events will also help setup any décor, organize and execute all the details planned for the event so client is able to step away and be care free during the event.
